Aurangabad Himroo Factory

Historic Visitors

Mr. Mohammed Jamshed at Aurangabad Himroo Factory

“Along with Farhat I visited the centre being so artfully preserved by Mr. Imran Qureshi. The classical Persian art form of weaving ‘Kimkhwab’ has been so skilfully adapted as ‘Himroo’ and being carried on as an exclusive art form in the world. It is incredible that such a tradition is being carried on by Imran, who is himself an artist, designer, master of weaving par excellence.

All our best wishes to him. May he carry on the art & tradition.
We have to come here again.”
